In Search of the Ultimate Univibe

I've never quite found the "Sound" of machine gun at the Fillmore. I bought a Roger Mayer voodoo vibe 25 years ago but it just wasn't it. I've been looking ever since. I came across Trower using a dejavibe 2 and really liked that one but missed the chance to pick a new one up. I also read just recently that Mike Fuller at fulltone redid the dejavibe with the Japanese components closest to the original to recreate that sound with the dejavibe mdv 3. Has anyone here tried it?

I haven't tried the new one, but the MDV2 was never the best Vibe on the market.  These are a couple I'd check out.

i have a mini deja vibe, and love it.
i also use the vibrato function as much as the chorus.

i bought it because robin trower used one at the time....

    machine gun?
well, maybe not exactly, but close enough for me.

i'd love to have the rocker pedal version of it (dejavibe mdv 3), just because i like to move functions organically like a wah pedal does.

it is personal taste of course, but I've used a LOT of different Uni-Vibes, including the original (which I purchased at Lafayette Radio!!!). Thus far my favorite remains the one buit into the Foxrox Captain Coconut 2. He also sells just the Uni-vibe part as the Aqua-Vibe. I've never tried it, but imagine it is pretty darned close to the one in CC2.

Gonzo I like the mini 2 version but can't find one
Thanks Brian! When I first heard the Moon Vibe Us and Them came to mind. That's the Floyd sound and I do love it
