In So Many Ways

Hey Everybody,
This is a bossa nova-esque ballad I finished up writing this year.  I play my Strat fingerstyle on this one through PodFarm (Roland Jazz Chorus amp sim), and the keys are from Dimpro (Rhode mk2 sim).
The drums are the “Jazz Brush” kit from KitCore.
You can give it a listen here:  http://soundclick.com/share?songid=8054440

Thanks for listening,
-Doug

Sounds good. I may drop the drums back a touch (but not much) at 2:00 they seemed to be way out in front (on the hats). The kit sounds cool, it just sounds like it was mixed by the drummer :-)

nice, i love the tone on the rhodes!.  and i agree with the drum comment, pull the hat back.  you can actually almost totally kill the "hat" mic and still get all you need from the over heads.  that is my preference anyways, they tend to be show stealers otherwise.

nice mello tune. I like it.

nits: the vox seems a bit to "up front" ...and I'd back the drums down a tad..... not too much.

    over all.... nice.

edit: oh yeah.... una cosa mas..... I really like to use a bossa nova beat..... it is so versatile and works well in many genre's of music..... IIRC several of my tunes use it....
