IncludeSnapInScreenset where to put this line?

I want my screensets to include my snap settings for the PRV, but I'm not sure where to enter this line?

In preferences theres "Configuration file" under the "File" section, I've entered it there as

Option: IncludeSnapInScreenset
Value: 1

Clicked on set button and the line is entered, restarted Sonar.

I then selected 1 screenset and set the PRV snap to 16ths, locked the screenset.
Selected another screenset, set the PRV snap to 8ths, locked the screenset.

Selected a 3rd screenset and just changed to 32ths, then selected the 2 locked sets, the snap settings isn't included in the PRV snap settings, if I change the snap settings on any screenset and go to another locked screenset the snap settings change for all.

I've also have smartgrid permanently off.

Does anyone know the exact procedure to have all snap settings (Both global and individual PRV snap settings) saved for each screenset? It's driving me bonkers to constantly have to mess with snap settings.

I just want clip snap to be measure, and my PRV snap 16ths, included in the screenset, never changing on me unless I specifically change it myself.

I think you'll find that only applies to global snap and not the PRV snap which appears to be a global setting.

You can do what you want to achieve, but not using the PRV snap. Set the global snap to measure then set the alternate to 16ths. When you open the PRV just press Ctrl+Shift+N or set a keyboard shortcut of your choice.

Those settings will be remembered in each screenset.

Beautiful, no more fighting with snap settings, Thanks

I finally think I've got Sonar wrangled into working the way I want without trying to "help" so I know exactly what I get everywhere in Sonar.

    No auto zoom track.
    No smart grid.
Magnetic snap at extreme so just rigid snap to the time divisions I set.
Fixed snap settings for clips and PRV.

I know there's probably lots of users that love these things, but for me all they do is constantly get in my way, and wasting my time putting things back how I set them up.

    Bliss

I do use and love most of those features but not all the time. Some of my screensets have autozoom others don't, same with the smartgrid.

That's the great thing about screensets, no more work space set up. Hit the number button and go.
