Insert Icon for Multiple Tracks Simultaneously

Okay, maybe there's already a way to do this that I'm just not aware of, but I'd love to have the simple ability to insert an icon for multiple tracks simultaneously.  I've been creating/editing some track templates for several multi-output plugins (e.g., Battery 4, Maschine, Omnisphere, etc) lately and I'd love to have the ability to select the multiple audio output tracks, hold down CTRL, and insert the icon once and have it apply to all the selected tracks.  As it is, I find myself having to insert the icon 8-16 or more times, depending on the number of individual outputs for each plugin, not to mention the track folder and associated MIDI tracks.  It's not a huge deal, but would certainly be a nice little time-saver.
