Insert Time/Measures is temperamental...

...in that sometimes, it will just refuse to insert the requested measures. I will have to ask it 4 or 5 times before it finally gets around to it. Bug?

    Never seen that. It always works for me.

    Just make sure you've either selected ALL (Ctrl + A) or NONE (Ctrl + Shift + A) before invoking it.

    Also make sure none of your clips are locked - if they are, they won't move.
