Insomnia.

Track 5 from the FreeEarCandy 2015 Collection-Remixed. Features acoustic guitars & vocal harmonies, drums, bass and strings. This is a remix and it includes a new vocal track and some additional polish. Hope you enjoy it, cause I was up all night putting it together.

Oh yeah, I dig the hell out of this.  Catchy for progressive style, and I really like the guitar work, so tasteful and fit the mood perfect.  My only disappointment is the drum sound - a little to dry and weak.  Man, another song I'd love to play drums to.

Yes, ear candy indeed.  Kick ass song.

Edit:  Oops!  I was listening to Enigma, apparently.  My comments above were directed at Enigma.  *Now* I'm listening to Insomnia...FFS.

Ok so Insomnia is pretty cool too.  Seems like a few missed opportunities with the vocal melodies, though.  All of the instrumentation was excellent, and beautiful.  Great riff, man and clean guitar lead work.  I'll be listening for more of your stuff for sure.

The music gives me slight shades of Porcupine Tree...  Nice.    The vocals fit in pretty well but give it a more modern, non-prog vibe, but still work.   I could almost hear a little more verb/delay, or even chorus/flange in certain lines, you know, for that "dreamy" thing.

Loving the dreamy atmosphere at the beginning.  Interesting vocal work.  Love the harmonies and the gritty leads. The title on the Soundcloud page is listed as "Enigma".  Is this a title change?  Either way, lovely.

    Insomnia:
Love the intro guitars. They seem panned to the left a bit.
"...to stop those crickets in my room." I like that line.
I like this production because it is bluesy and original sounding.
    Mix is good.
