Install help

Hey guys i just upgraded to X3 Pro and i am trying to install addictive drums but the product key and serial number is not located in my registered products, have any of you had this or am i just not finding it. thanks in advance.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
AMD Phenom(TM) X4 830 quad-core processor
6GB DDR3-1333MHz SDRAM
1TB 7200 rpm SATA 3Gb/s hard drive
Tascam US-1641
Sonar X3 Producer Production Suite

    The product key will appear in the serial number column when it becomes available. This is the only number you need to get AD. Sometimes Cakewalk runs out of keys and it takes a business day or two to get them from XLN. This has happened before on weekends after sales.
