Install iLok driver message for Melodyne 64 bit?

Noel, Andrew, Dan, Seth... Anyone? I am getting a message that states I need to download iLok device drivers in order to use Melodyne in X3? What's up with that? Works fine in X3 32 bit. I don't have iLok.
