Installation help

Hey people,

Just wonderd if any of you have installed kontakt or komplete, just having a few problems installing it, kontakt and guitar rig dont show up in my daw they just run as standalones atm, I read a few posts online that say you have to run them as standalone b4 they will run as vst but iv tried that and no joy, I have reinstalled aswel just incase i clicked something wrong, and same thing, every other program is running fine its just guitar rig and kontakt, just wonderd if anyone else has had any problems or knows a bit more than me about installing things, thanks.

ye I had nt shown p5 were the programs were in the vst manager, I have just re installed p5 for new hard drive and did nt have a vst folder, I just scanned the native instruments folder, its worked, still cant find guitar rig apparently its not an instrument its an effect so im looking in the wrong place but still cant find it lol. Theres a asection in my add instruments saying native instruments software sythesis gmbh with everything in it, but it has stuff like absynth4 stereo and kontakt 4 16out and kontakt 4 8 out, not sure what all these are but altleast I have them all now, well apart from guitar rig.
