Installation issues

Hey,
I'm installing the latest version of PLAY and I get the message 'please wait while the installer determines your disk space requirements"...the installation doesn't go beyond this point,it just stays there for hours Zzzzzz !!???!! Anyone know how I can fix this ?

    If you have not successfully completed the installation, one of the following reasons is for the normal.
    (1) system, Windows Live service does not meet the minimum requirements.
    (2) you have selected when you are logged onto the computer as the user does not have administrator privileges you are trying to install Windows Live services.
    (3) is installed, you have a Windows Live service earlier.
    (4) specifies that the file should be overwritten is being used by another program.

    kev.... I've had this happen a time or two....

    first I reboot the computer from a cold start and try again.

    second be sure the PLAY installer is a good version.... if it's a download redownload it again just to be sure.

    third...contact the mfg support line and ask for help..... sometimes there are things you need to do in a certain order, and or they have an update that should be applied..... they are all the time fixing things with software.

    Install it once again if it shows that it is already installed in your system then un-install it from user control   panel. If it is not allow to do then update this application. I hope, It will works.

    When you try to install one or more Windows Live services, the installation does not start or Setup stops responding (hangs) and does not complete the installation. You receive an error message indicating that the installation is complete. This message usually lists a number of error code.
