Installation problems..

Hi all! I recently had to re-install all my softwares and drivers from a crash incident. I had SPE5 tho I bought 6 just never used it. Since my Sonar 5 & Project 5 disks are missing? I decided to go ahead and install Sonar 6 but I keep getting the error message Sonar was not properly installed, please insert the installation disk and reinstall. I've tried to reinstall it 5 times already. Could this be happening because I'm only using XP SP2 or does it have anything to do with 5 being recently un0installed? Should I even bother updating my pc to service pack 3?
