Installations Hang Every Month

Hello,
 
Every month, same issue (even after a complete PC rebuild) - no AV enabled.
 
Just sits here forever until I force kill....



 
 
 
anyone have similar experience?

    I had that happen before, it was because of a visual c++ update that was hanging in the background.
    Once I updated the redistributable, never had that issue again.

    Is there a message box opening behind the CCC window and the waiting for attention, maybe?

    this i am not sure.  if so, i know you can program stuff like that to come to the top. (i work for a software company and we recently fixed our installer with the same issue).
     
    I did to a windows key to see if anything was underneath it, but it doesnt always work.

    I have had issues in the past (not with CCC though) where I have had to switch to a new blank desktop then back to the original desktop in Win10 to see hidden dialog boxes (don't know if you are using 10 mind).
    My Sonar installations have been fine.

    Sonar Platinum - Windows 10 Pro 64bit - AMD FX 8150 processor - 16Gb RAM - 27" Monitor (it's not the size that counts, it's what you do with it)
