Installatoin hang at extracting files

Hi all,
 
I'm installing the SONAR X1 Studio on a XP Media Center SP3 32bit. It hang at "Extracting Files".
 
Does anyone know the solution for this?

    Problem solved,

    By go to Task Manager and  terminate Wininst32, the installation continue.
