Installed Platinum and no Boz Bark Off Channel or ReMatrix Solo

Hi Everyone

I've just installed Platinum and neither the Boz Pro Channel nor ReMatrix Solo Channel is appearing. I have tried resetting the vst plug ins as well as rescanning them. I have found both in the directory: c:\program files\cakewalk\shared utilities\internal.
I've directed the vst scan paths to that directory and still nothing. Any ideas?

Are you trying to put them in the Pro Channel ? and not the fx bin ? They are Pro Channel modules.

Yes I realise those are both Pro Channel modules. When I go to the Pro Channel and select insert module neither of those show up as a selection choice

Did you have a previous installation, (X3, X2, etc), on another HDD dir other than c:\?

I had a problem before with REmatrix not showing in the menu... it was a registry link issue.

I have X2 and X3 also on c:\. How would I go about sorting the registry link?

Since yours are all installed on C:\ , it must be something else.

I use a multiple drive system and that caused registry errors initially.

These are separate installers in the Command Center - under the Sonar category but not installed automatically with the Braintree update. Look at the bottom of the list for the BOZ Digital Labs ProChannel Collection and the NYC Showroom Impulses. I asked the same question in another thread but then managed to figure it out.

Yes I have installed those and as I mentioned the files are present in my shared utilities folder. Unfortunately they just do not appear in the Pro Channel

    Hi John
I've tried resetting and rescanning several times but no joy. I suppose I will contact support and see what they say about it

Update! Cakewalk has told me there is a known migration problem from X3 to Platinum which is being worked on and a fix should be available in the next week or two. In the interim they have suggested I go to Command Center and reinstall Platinum as 32-bit. I have done this and now all of my Pro-Channel Modules (including ReMatrix) are once again working and Melodyne now also shows back up in the region fx. I also had to re-install Bark of Dog as 32-bit, which is now available in my list of modules and working correctly. Until this next update comes out, it appears I am stuck working in 32-bit.

I wonder what the specific migration problem is as many are successful.

Yeah not certain. Here's what Cakewalk wrote:

"There is still a known issue with plug-ins when migrating from X3 to Platinum, and is still being worked on. For the time being, you should be able to work around the issue by installing and running the 32-bit version of SONAR. This can coexist with the 64-bit version with no issues. You can find the installer in C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause".

I am happy to at least be able to use Platinum now, even if it's only as 32-bit!
