Installing A Single Plug-In from 'Waves Complete'

One thing I Love about CbB is that once installed its a blank slate as far as plug-ins are concerned (some might stress at this but not I !)

Is there a way of manually installing a single plug-In (Say 'Sound Shifter') from the waves complete without using the stock installer which installs stuff I don't want or need (Yet)

Using the Waves installer allows you to download and install only the plug-ins you have purchased. You can install them separately or as a batch.
