I have uploaded a Cakewalk software instrument definition for Tetra (TETR4) presets and main controllers at:

Load via Cakewalk Options-Instruments-Define-Import then browse to where you saved this file
Includes the original out of the box synth presets and presets provided with the editor software(Banks 3 and 4 are slightly different). Select one or select both to import.
