Interesting Video & Audio Anomalies ...Platinum

I'll do my best to be clear... 
BUT FIRST ... SONAR PLATINUM KICKS ASS... working with as many new features as I can... setting up new templates utilising new processors... VERY COOL.

and now...
 
Every so often ... and frequently... the audio engine just drops away. I have to click the resets to re-engage audio ...then all is perfectly OK. I'm using a Focusrite Scarlett 18i6 ...I'll contact Focusrite also ...they're very good about getting back to users.

VIDEO Anomaly: NOTE - I did not have this problem in X3 ...the monitor is the same but the computer is all new...
Upon setting the video card to highest resolution ... all animation of sliders, pan controls went to a very jerky ...almost "snap to" way of working.....
 
AND ...if I place the cursor on the window bar above the SONAR display ... at any resolution ... the cursor motion freezes for a quick second, then resumes it's movement ... this will happen as many times as I click in the windows title bar... I realise we do not click up there much at all ...I cite this because it may have something to do with screen rez or the video card...
 
For video, I'm using Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 ..Insignia 39' LCD TV monitor...

The computer is ASUS G10AJ ...i4790k 16gb RAM
Samsung 512gb SSD for OS ... Kingston 128gb for data

Anyone else with similar problems?
