Any time you hear about a product, but don't see any negative reviews, it's worth checking out IMO!

Good job!  In situations like this you just need to ask yourself "WWBD?" (What would Bapu do?)  And the answer, of course, is BUY IT!

Oh great. So two days ago I could have gotten 'em for $100 cheaper. Well that's just fantastic. Release the balloons!

They are here and sound very good, very detailed.
Need just a little sub though.

And could have done without the blue leds that seem to be on everything now.

    A big +1

I like blue leds, except when I don't (like on things that stay on all night) - those get covered with a small square of electrical tape.

Good to hear they're working out for you Alex!

These little things are amazing really, they will be in the living room together with a Jamo sub.

    Very detailed.

And I'm not working for them :)

Warning: bad Civil War puns follow...

If one didn't have the money for a good Monitor, would a Merrimac do?

True note: the first attempted use of a sub was by the Confederacy... it simply sank, and the sailors were drowned in something other than reverb.
