Interesting "Flutter" Sound When Opening Sonar X1

Hi All!

I don't remembering hearing this sound in the past, but as of late I've noticed when I open Sonar X1 Producer Expanded, I hear a strange "flutter" type sound coming from my monitors.
This doesn't happen when I open any other of my programs (Sony Sound Forge Pro 10, Vegas Pro 10, FL Studio 10, Kontakt 4, or any other applications that I use! 
I've tried opening Sonar with a "blank" project (thinking it might be a plug-in that I was using), but I still got the same result. 
I even tried opening my previous Sonar application 8.5, and I got the same result!

This leads me to believe that I have a setting within Sonar that is causing this, But I haven't a clue where to begin!


Does anyone have a clue???
