International Superstar - a blues tribute to Brian Jones of the Rolling Stones

Check out my tribute to the late great Brian Jones of the Rolling Stones who died prematurely in 1969
A blues song in the style of Jimmy Reed an artist much loved by the early Stones.
My resonator guitar is miked up and played with a slide in open tuning.
Recorded using Sonar X1 essential the pictures were added later using Serif MoviePlus

Hi chas, it works now, nice work on the slide guitar. Vocals could be a bit more up front , imho.

What a cool video!

Excellent blues slide and resonator guitar performance. Very charming vocals. Mix sounds just perfect for that genre.

Thanks for that brief lesson in rock'n'roll history!!!  Great tune!

All the best,

Daniel

Well the link at the top doesn't work but the one you added a bit farther down does work. Wierd! It is very "Stonesy".  I enjoyed it and I liked watching the pics.
