Bug #1
"Show Velocity on Selected Notes Only" stops working after being toggled.
Happens 100% of the time here.

How to reproduce:  

 1. Place a VSTi on a new track   2. Record some MIDI data  
3. Open the PRV  
4. Select a few notes (notice how the velocities for these notes only appears as expected)  
5. Now click on the "Notes" menu item, click "Show Velocity" (notice how all velocities show)  
6. Now click on the "Notes" menu item again, click on "Show Velocity on Selected Notes Only  

 Expected Results:  Selecting notes should show their velocities.  

 Actual Result:  No matter what you do, no note velocities will now appear. Changing to "Show Velocity" breaks any future instance of "Show Velocity on Selected Notes Only."

"Give Plugin All Keystrokes" Doesn't Work With DIVA
(Note: it used to work in 8.5 and below)
Happens 100% of the time here.

1. Load DIVA on a new track
2. Open the GUI
3. Click the "Give Plugin All Keystrokes" icon to turn that feature on
4. Open DIVA's internal preset saving mechanism
5. Attempt to name the patch "Pad - Does This Work"


Actual Result:
You get as far as "P" the letter "a" will open up the audiosnap dialog box, the letter "d" will toggle the track view (or something).


Expected Result:
All keystrokes should belong to the plugin and I should be able to type whatever I want

Bug #3 for me (CWBRN-11538)
R-Mix becomes non-functional When Used On FX Bins of Mono tracks (even with Stereo content)

1. In an empty project, insert a new audio track
2. Import an audio file onto that track
3. Place R-Mix on the FX bin of track
4. Click the Interleave button on that track and set it from stereo to mono

Expected Result: R-Mix should continue to function as it would on a stereo track, but it's output should be collapsed down to mono.
Actual Result: R-Mix mutes entirely and becomes non-functional.

Workaround: Use R-Mix as a clip FX instead

Freddie....... glue is still there. Smart tool - Ctrl+Alt + left click and drag over the notes to glue.

CLIPS-----> Track view. NO 

Karl, you are correct. For audio clips, it has always been "Bounce to Clips".

I created a hot key command for this function.

I select the clips I want to glue or bounce, then I hit SHIFT+2, and it bounces. Use whatever key command you like, but I chose SHIFT+2.

Console view-Random scroll

Happen if you work with Omnisphere Stylus RMX.
Example Project with Audo and VST-I instruments...
 

1. Open Console view on second monitor-full view
2. Have many tracks in the project so there are many tracks in console view to edit.
3. Open to see a Pro Channel-view on a track.
4. Console behavior, random scrolling behavior to another track and Console view?

Unstable FEEL of SONAR X2.


Sometimes it take long time before it save 1-3sec. 
Sometimes it take long time 1-max 2 sec before it react on PLAY and STOP?
PLAY STOP unstabel feel happen both with help of spacebar or with hardware controller PLAY STOP.
It never crash it is just a unstable feel.

I get this too when using Kontakt 5. Maybe Sonar is saving the drum kit each time also?

This happens in X1 also.

Have you also notice and experience that SONAR X2 randomly just stop playback sometimes? You get a “drop out” warning in the control bar. It’s happen randomly, not always and it’s no matter of the load or kind of project…so it’s not a matter of CPU spikes or buffer setting whatever…

DIM SOLO Bug!
Often or always after activate or deactivate DIM SOLO make it shorten all MIDI-sounds and audio example from Kontakt 5? Hit stop and Play again seem to fix the issue temporality. Any else can confirm this bug?




1. Activate DIM solo with mouse
2. Hit Play
3. DIM SOLO make it shorten all MIDI-sounds and audio example from Kontakt 5?
4. Hit STOP
5. Hit PLAY again
6. Now everything works and sound as normal again.

Really? So that's what's happening! I've noticed this with not just Kontakt but other sample based VSTs as well. Synths seem to paly along nicely, as do audio - and interestingly enough, one cell in Battery always works, but not the others. I was planning to get a new sample drive thinking my current one was spinning slowly. I use the Dim Solo all the time but hadn't noticed any relation. But yes, can definitely confirm this!

Okay. I don't know exactly what cause this or what VST it doesn't work with? I can only describe how it sounds...shorten staccato sound. Hit stop and play fix it temporality until you need to change the SOLO setting example DIM OFF again.
