Is Brandon Ryan still at Cakewalk or is he freelance?
Just received an e-mail from the Roland UK Blog with one article entitled: "TUESDAY 21 MAY, 2013, BY ROLAND TEAM 10 Tips For Optimising Your Music PC" by none other than Brandon Ryan (Cakewalk)!! His article states it is the first post and subsequent posts will mention OS "tweaking" or "tuning". He refers to Windows 7 so it could be a 'recycled' article - but, has anyone seen this before? Is it a recycled article? Blog post can be found here

They were all... absorbed... by Roland. I believe Greg Hendershot took the retirement train and company structure and technical support changed address's so to speak.

Breaking up the Jedi team was a bad decision IMO. Have there been any new Cake TV or Sonar University vids since all that mayhem? People are more likely to buy the software if they have an easy way to learn how to use it. Those vids were a huge factor in my purchase.

Brandon works for Roland, now. Doesn't mean he is a slave - I'm sure he has plenty of other interests, along w/ the money. Linkedin is a business site - he is obviously keeping the channels of oppurtunity open. Wouldn't you?

Thanks Keni! Yes we are doing well and of course we miss talking to you and the rest of the incredible users here on the forum. It would not be appropriate for us to jump in all the threads as we used to for various reasons which I am sure you can appreciate. I can say all is good with us, Roland and Cakewalk. Hopefully this puts a smile on some faces. Brandon was doing a Duo-Capture EX video and a few folks decided to have some fun with Photoshop as (like me) seeing him with an Apple product is extremely rare. Please note the views expressed in this picture are not necessarily those of Brandon Ryan, we were just having a bit of fun at Brandon's expense.  Edit - image would not display so here's the link. Anyway I see I have successfully derailed this thread (apologies). So to get back on track, there will be a webinar on June 11 and either Brandon or I will post here with the details once they are confirmed. Brandon will be using SONAR X2 as the centerpiece of his presentation. Robin

What? We just released two new ones 10 days ago. There have been over 20 new videos for SONAR X2 alone. Where are you getting your information from?
