Is Cakewalk having issues with serial #'s?

I bought the Pro Channel pack about 12 hours ago and I am still waiting on serial numbers - does anyone know if Cake are having issues at the moment with these?

Thanks

I purchased the Pro Channel Pack a couple days ago, checked my store account after a an hour and copied the serial numbers into "One Note". A day later I received the same numbers via email.

Thanks guys - did all of the above. You wouldn't know of course, but I have been buying from the webstore for a few years now . This is the first time it has happened to me. I have read about it happening to other buyers.

I finally sent an email and got a reply saying yes it was glitching out yesterday and to give them a call. Did that this morning (had to get up at 3am! ) and sorted it out, although the serials are still not listed on my account, at least I can now install the pack.

    Cheers
