Is The Grid Working The Way It Should?

When I have the Smart Grid on, and I zoom horizontally the grid changes as I zoom. I would suppose this is correct and working as it should.
My problem is with the Smart Grid OFF. When I select a snap setting 1/4, 1/8, etc, shouldn't the grid follow my snap setting?
It doesn't here.

Which version are you running? Some PRV grid fixes are in X3c. See the release notes via the sticky post above.

X3c. I'm not asking about the PRV. I'm talking about the Track view.

If you have Smart Grid off and say change the snap setting from 1/4 to 1/8 (or whatever) does the grid change for you?

Should it? Or is this just the way it works. It seems that the SNAP changes, but not the grid. It would be intuitive if the grid changed along with the snap setting...no?

You're talking about Inline PRV, right? I don't think it's got fixed. At least the status of my ticket about this issue is still "Submitted to Development."

If it's not the Inline PRV, Track View doesn't have an option to 'Follow Snap Settings' like the normal PRV, so no it doesn't alter the grid, unless you zoom in. The change is limited to whole and 1/4 notes, by the looks of it.

I don't usually have a grid displayed on the Track view and I tend to snap to Measure, so it's not an issue for me. You'll probably have to submit a feature request...
