Is VC-64 plug-in included in X3?

Is VC-64 plug-in included in X3? I thought it was very usable, with many nice presets.

    I think it is. But if you have an earlier version of Sonar then it will be available anyway. It's especially important to keep other recent versions of Sonar X series for things like VVocal & R-Mix which aren't included in X3.
