Is crashing in Console view still happening?

When I use the console view on a 2nd monitor Sonar will crash when selecting a bus with certain plugins,  like the concrete limiter.

When it is docked there is no issue.

Is this just me and my system or is this everyone?

Yea, my 2nd monitor is a cheaper 60 htz I stole from my wife when she upgraded.

Is that the source of my Crashing?

It shouldn't be. You should probably run a memory test on your computer.

Console crashing is my only annoyance with Sonar, happens to me alot...I must have sent 100 reports to Cake about this....

There is a workaround that *sometimes* works....

Load up the project after a crash, dont touch anything, save then restart Sonar.

    Sonar Platinum 64 bit > Pro tools 10.3.2 >Intel i7 3770K > 16Gb Ram > Gigabyte Z77-D3H Motherboard> NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2 GB > ATi RADEON HD5700 > 240GB OCZ Agility 3 SSD> Win 10 home 64 bit> Delta 1010 > MOTU Audio Express > MA-15D's > NI Ultimate 9 > NI Kontrol S61 1.1 > NI MAschine Studio 2.3 / KORG MS-20 Mini - Arturia MicroBrute > KORG SQ1 - KORG Kaoss Pad KP3 > iPad and IO Dock 2 running various bits > Bunch of guitars >

I also have this problem. To be honest, I didn't realize it was a second monitor issue until I read this post as I never use console view in my main monitor. My monitors are both identical. Using Nvidea graphics card.

I have this problem too, but I´m using a single 27" monitor, & it only happens when clicking a bus.
All hardware seems to be in full working order.

    I thought I had fixed it by reverting to a old Nvidia-driver (3.10.90) & reinstalling X2.
X2 worked problemfree a couple of hours a day for over a week & suddenly out of the blue - the bus-click crashes are back.

No Win-updates have been downloaded & no new programs/drivers installed during this time, so I really have no clue what´s wrong.

The issue is off course reported to CW.

Edit : after reading the above posts I tested using console docked, I usually have it undocked, & to my surprise everything seems to work ok!?
