Had no idea these guys existed. I swear they're about to break into 'That Thing You Do' midway into the song!

Enjoy!

Yup...we covered that one in my first "real" band, The NyteBeats (I know...but it was 1967). Loved it then...still do. Thanks!!!

I've always considered "Lies" to be an example of the perfect pop song. Not a wasted note, every phrase goes somewhere. And for decades I thought they were British, because they so nailed the mid-60s Brit-pop sound. But they were from New Jersey.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

    Great song!
The vocal is obviously using the new ADT from Waves! Seriously though, I love the way guitars sounded back in the sixties. "She said, She said" is one of my all time favorite Beatles songs for that reason.

Great flashback. Great song. From my memories, the greatest rock period (64-67). New bands coming out every day with great songs. No doubt they had the Beatle's sound.

No, me no like-a-da saxamaphone much. Dave Jackson playing 2 at once in Van Der Graf Generator was interesting though.
