Is it OK to delete C3 files after install?

After Command Center down loads files and stores them in the dl directory it always leaves them there after installing. I am starting to get a few GB of .exe files building up on my system drive and I would like to delete them. Will that Break anything?

Yes, you can delete the installers or move them to another drive and point C3 to the new folder by using the "download path" entry in Settings screen (the gear in the upper right-hand corner).

Remember that if you log off then log on CCC, it resets the download status for all the components - i.e it changes them all to red. If you delete the install files, CCC will redownload them rather than simply using the exisiting files to do the installs.  This could be an issue if you have a finite download quota from your ISP

I simply copied the files to another drive/folder and reset the path in CC and everything stayed green. Profit.
