I logged in but have been trying for 10-15 minutes to purchase the new PC delay. It is taking a very long time.

It's VERY slow right now. A new ProChannel module was released for free so everybody, just like me, is probably logging on to get it.

It is very slow. Maybe it's because 5000 folks are downloading the pc delay.

And I thought that the free delay would be in a plug-in form and not a time form

The reason people say the vinyl sounds better is because the music was better.

We are working to resolve it. It's the offer that's causing a huge surge in traffic. Apologies.

Thanks Andrew. I finally was able to make the purchase and received the download link. The download of the module itself was very quick (since it was on another site). However, the Cakewalk store says they are out of serial numbers. :-)

I know you are working on it so I will check back later.

    Thanks

Glad to hear Cake is on it. Meanwhile, I waited (multitasked, actually) long time through each of the pages and actually got to download the delay unit. Then installed it. Then set up the necessary Overloud account to register the product. Then went back to account page and the formerly blank serial number space finally refreshed with content. But instead of a serial number, the field says "Out of serial numbers".

Posting here in case repair folks aren't aware of this variation of the problem.

Oh well, guess I'll look again later or tomorrow to see if they put more numbers in the hopper.
