Is there a Windows 7 shortcut to turn a screensaver on?

Hi guys, in order to NOT look at the screen when mixing, I was wondering if there was a shortcut in Windows7 to turn on the screensaver or blank-out the screen... any idears?

    Right click on blank area of your desktop, select Personalize, bottom right should have the Screen Saver option.

    Err... yes. That part I already know, and not quite the answer I was looking for. Thanks anyway! :O)

    To clarify, I want to be able to hit a key and make the screen go blank at will..
