Is there a consolidation option in X3?

When I try to mix and play drum tracks with ..say. session 3,..I have 6 to 10 tracks open for the drums in order to mix them correctly ( or to my liking would be better, not to offend the bakers), Is there a way to group and consolidate them (the tracks ) once and maybe recall the spread later, I have no room for others as the project grows. Sliding back and forth gets to be a pain. Somebody please tell me there's a better way? I run them through a drum bus of course but that only creates another track in my busses.  Using X3d with Win7
Thanks in advance for any help at all!!

In track view, are you using a folder for your drums?
Folders don't translate visibly to the console view but they sure make life in track view a lot more manageable. Hide all those tracks in 1 folder when not in use and if you need to edit or mix open the folder up and all your tracks are there to use. Then go to console view and hide all the drum tracks just leaving the bus visible.

That's just one of many suggestions. You could also use Screensets for different views and mixing tasks.

Thanks Mike, I'll see what track view has to offer, Never tried before, so confused about so much. Thanks so much for your advice!
You said  "Then go to console view and hide all the drum tracks just leaving the bus visible." How do I hide them? Can I do that first?   Thats all I really need, just to get them out of the way for a bit. But I'll look into track view to see. Thanks again!!

You could also use groups to group your drum track volumes all together in one colour group and it will then raise all volumes or decrease all drum track volumes.
Other things you can group are mute buttons, record arm disarm button and Volume faders.
Very handy for working with big drum kits etc.

    Cheers

Thanks guys! Tryng to get it all to work together. I found a 'Hide track" key that I tried, then I cant 'un'hide them back, ...The advantage of being old is the years left for utter frustration is limited...LOL!
Thanks again, I will try your advice.
