Is there a limit to the # of user defined configs for a plug in?

I have saved a number of "user defined" configs for the "Vintage Channel V64" plug-in (Sonar Producer 7).  I saved the "new one" and I am able to see it and click on it.  It looks like it is enabled but when I go back I see that the config is no longer there and it reverts back to the previous one (created before the latest version).
 
For example let's say I've created 10 settings called "Setting 1", "Setting 2", "Setting 3", etc.....  After I tweaked "Setting 10" and saved it as "Setting 11"................the program/plug-in shows "Setting 10" as active.  It lets me see and select "Setting 11" but it does not keep this config in memory.
 
I'm using Windows XP (with all of the latest updates) and a delta 44 sound card.
