Bounce To Track(s) or use an Aux Track instead of a bus

Yes, easy.
 
- Ouput the bus to a new patch point. If it's the first PP uses, it will become "Patch Point 1"
 
- Create a new track and set the input to the newly created patch point, "Patch Point 1," you can set it to be stereo to get the full stereo bus.
 
If you want to record the bus, you can set the new track to record and do it real time. But that's also the same as bouncing per the advice above.
