Is there such and Equalizer?

I'm not very good with equalizers that make you select the Q before boosting or cutting because I don't know my frequency ranges very well.

Is there an EQ out there with knobs for Low, High.Low, Low.Mid, Mid, High.Mid, etc.

I like knobs! (something that goes up to 11)

    There is a Graphic EQ. Can you handle sliders?
