Is there way i can use my ivory piano as effect processor?

Is there way i can use my ivory piano as effect processor? Last night i download my copy of ivory but not the presets "takes to long" I downloaded the Ivory Software and Ivory Cantabile again no presets. Anyway i open up my Ivory Cantabile than uploaded a wav file into it. On the WAV file rack i set the output to rack 1 witch host Ivory. In the rack 1 panel I select input connect, but when i adjust the eq, reverb, etc. It takes no effect on my sound. Why? Thanks
