Is this a BitBridge issue (on mainly 64 bits project) ?
While doing test on another thread : http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=2692095 I have a test project which grows to a point where, by just loading the project, the X2 will or will not crash after a fresh computer reboot. If it won't crash the first time, quitting / starting and loading the same project will always crash X2 the second time and the auto reporter will pop up. The test project consists of : 6x Session Drummer 3 1x BFD 2 2x Kontakt (free) Scarbee bass 1x Kontakt (free) Funk guitarists 1x Studio Instrument - String 1x Synth 1 (the only 32 bit vsti) 1x Guitar Rig 5 (full) 1x Guitar Rig 4 (bundled with X1) 1x Overloud TH2 (bundled with X2) From the above, removing either option 1 or 2 will not crash X2 further (test project loading). 1) GR4,5 and TH2. 2) Synt 1, the only 32 bit vsti. Which one do you think is the likely culprit ?

I have had trouble using th2 producer with any bitbridged plugins have been loaded before. Even if the bridged plugs were in a different project that was now closed. I have reported it to cake but no word yet. A reboot would sometimes get things working untill the project is closed and reopened. I found that if I allow more than one open project and load th2 in an otherwise empty project first. Then I can open other projects with both 32 and 64 bit plugs. I also found that by removing X2 clearing the x2 files out of the "c:\programdata\cakewalk" folder and the users folder and reinstalling X2 this time choosing not to import settings from X1 eliminated the crasing of sonar. Now instead of crashing I get a message sometimes that th2 is missing files or not installed correctly. Lastly I found the if I create a project with th2 as the only plugin and load it first. Enabling the option to have multiple projects open would allow th2 to load with the bridged plugs consistantly as long as my th2 project was the first thing in memory after a reboot. Then I just quit using th2 as it was too much hassle and no one on the forum was experiencing the same or similar issue. I would encorage you to submit a problem report to cake about this as I have. Good luck.

I have submitted the auto reporter during one of the test, but I shall submit another one later now that I've got more detail. Thanks!

I've got a reply from tech. support a few days ago with some test instructions. I shall test it out in a few days time. I'm suppose to press 'shift' while opening the project to find the offending vst. From my early tests, I've made 2 sub-project out of it. One with some Pro Channel effects turned on, and the other without. I seems to be able to open the one without PC effect a few times without crashing. Opening the one with PC ..crashed X2, but I can't see which VST yet.. later.

That test is the standard procedure to id the plugin that is acting up. Edit: I wanted to add that they still have not contacted me.
