Is this error important?

Error on Kingston update. which should I choose?

    I am on my cell and can't see the error message (too small).

    If it were me, I'd write the code down, then hit retry. If it keeps on, hit abort and try to d/l and install again after a computer restart.

    Then if you get the same error call tech support.

    Abort. Some part of SONAR is resident in memory preventing the installer from doing its job.
    Reboot and run the update again.

    Probably too late, but all you should need to do is open the Windows Task Manager, find and End the "StartPage" process, and then go back to the installer and choose Retry.
