Is this the place to come and brag a bit?

Just wanted to post my Saturday project where I created an quick and easy to set up synth bass pedal rig at my shop.  Packing and unpacking the gear as well as running all the cables was sucking the fun out of my Moog Minitaur/12 Step based rig.  Now I can set everything up in just a few minutes making my 12 Step pedal experience much more enjoyable.

Check out the build at http://www.facebook.com/m...01442984290&type=1

I might mention that I love to hate on Behringer products but that little $20.00 line mixer I'm using is a darn good buy.  I figured it would be noise city but for this purpose, it's doing a great job.

Just wondering if the Facebook link to the photo album works for the non-Facebook users.

    Hey Dave,
At first I just looked at and admired the nice workmanship... then I realized it was an old school bass pedal.

I could jam in Am with that and I wouldn't while I'm waiting for bapsi to come visit.

     Scary.

     You gave me gas.

How much are the plans and material list?

I'm curious what materials you used and how the bends were made.

    Steve

Haha.  I'd have to go back and measure what I did.  I was kind of designing as I went along.

I use a professional grade heat strip made for bending plastic.  I do this sort of thing for a living ( Plastics America ).  If you visit the site you will even get to see my video.

EDIT:  I realized I forgot to mention the materials.  The black material is call ABS. (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)  The beige material is called Starboard.  Its a high density polyethylene material that I sell to boaters to replace wood.

I know about that. I've made 2 work stations that way.

My 1st was in 1990. It was thrown together as a quick and dirty prototype in my garage and never got finished:

Had to sell the whole lot when I was out of work for a while.
