Is today the day?

... that Beagle breaks the 30k post ceiling? If not today...surely this week.

That's a lot of time spent replying and posting.... and many of those were posts helping people solve problems. Including me, when I was first getting started here over 3 years ago.

    +1

Post count matters not to Reece, but his generosity of spirit means that he will allocate the time and as many posts as you need in order to explain something.

I remember reading the info on his site WRT using eq in the context of a DAW and for me that was the point of a major revelation as to what my software could do.  I'd still  recommend anybody that wants a good grounding on the basics check the links in his sig.

In other words, I'm blaming him totally! (even for my Avatar)

WTG Reece, here's to another 30k.

lol!  well - since the CH was erected I've spent a lot of my post count here as well!

maybe I should hold off posting for a couple of weeks just to throw everyone off?

JB - I've been updating my website.  you should check it out.  I'm not done yet, there are some links which don't work right now, including the EQ stuff, but it's coming!

The new designation for the 30k+ post level will be "Unobtainium". This from Brandon himself, right before he announced that the forum would be permanently shut down. I am not making this up.

OK, I made up the part about stealing his credit card and buying rounds for the house. That was untrue. Bapu stole Brandon's credit card and only bought rounds for two babes sitting at the bar. So I admit to some artistic license there.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

I feel much better now.  when you mentioned stealing Brandon's credit card I wondered why in the world you would waste it on buying everyone drinks when you could have just bought some cool toys.

but buying drinks for babes at the bar is a completely different perspective!
