Issue Persists in X1b: Multidocked PRV loses drum grid view when switching screensets

If I have the PRV for a track with a drum map loaded open in the multidock, if I change screensets, the drum grid pane is hidden when I return, and instead the regular note pane is open (and no notes are visible). I have to manually resize the drum map pane. Or, if open the pick tracks dialog and re-pick the track, the drum grid pane is properly displayed in the PRV.

Another issue, but this goes back to Sonar 8.x, the size of the the actual note map pane on the left is always reset to default whenever opening the PRV (screensets, multidocked, or just floating). For most drum maps it needs to be resized for the full note names to be readable.

In deference to semantic issues raised in another thread, I'll refrain from calling this a bug until others can confirm the same issue , but in any case it's undesirable behavior IMO.

Any way around this, or is it a possible bug?

If I wasn't doing this I'd just be doing something else...

It's intermittent for me, the note pane/drum pane bit.

The note map pane on the left has been like that forever for me.

    Fixing both would be great.

Yeah, it's been consistent here, though I should emphasize only if the PRV is docked in the multidock. If it's just floating, it works as expected (so far so good, anyway). Also, so far it works as expected if I switch tabs in the multidock within the same screenset.

Now that I think about it though, and I'll have to confirm this later, I believe the issue is also there if I open the PRV into the multidock for the first time (by double clicking a clip in a drum track, for example).

BTW, until this issue cropped up in X1, I didn't even realize that there were two separate, resizable panes for drum grid and regular piano roll notes available in the same view. I just thought it was piano roll unless a drum map was loaded and then it was drum grid (and yes, shockingly, I don't always RTFM until a something undesirable/unexpected happens). But I realize now that it's necessary for viewing multiple tracks with views of each kind simultaneously.

But yeah, I'm with you, I'd like to see both of the above issues addressed.

If I wasn't doing this I'd just be doing something else...
