It was cloudy yesterday, Song Sketch.

Another song sketch or tone poem type of thing:

I don't really know where they come from so it's kinda hard to understand if they are actually going anywhere. :-)

I was surprised when I played the synth line.

Sub Contentiment

I'm just having fun with a bare bones setup on the lap top. :-)

best regards,
mike

    Interesting. Turkish Electronica.

'Swat That Gnat' might be a more fitting title.

It is interesting what noodling around with a rhythm can produce.I thought it sounded Turkish as well before I read James post. You have a good starting point or sketch as you say.

You could get it to go somewhere.

Thanks for listening and thanks for taking it at face value.

Most of my personal interest is in playing stuff I've never played before so when I head off into new territory I get enthused... maybe too much. :-)

Interesting indeed.  It sounds Turkish to me also but perhaps, more like zydeco meets Turkish --- now there is a thought.
It sounds as if you could take it somewhere and as long as you are having fun with it --- why not!

I'm more interested in where it's been.
