It wasn't my fault....honest!

Well I gotta say however lovable Karyn is online you can multiply that by a good factor to arrive at something of what she is like in person.

She is a remarkable lady and I couldn't have wished for better company on a great day, even the worst of British weather, although it tried its best, couldn't put a dampener on it.

I'm feeling a bit guilty now though as I took her to Bapu's favourite English music shop nearby, although I made it clear to the shop owner we were just browsing Karyn managed to emerge with a brand new Tele.  (as pictured)  I absolve myself from any responsibility here and of  course any rumours of any commission between the shop owner and myself are completely fictitious...

Anyway thusly armed we even managed to work up a new piece in Am which actually sounded much better for my input.

(or did it?)

I see Karyn is "bending" the neck in search of the slightly sharp Am.

The Bouy on the other hand has that whammy bar at his disposal. He don't need it it seems.

    Great pics.

Now for the link to the song please.

Then he would have been a strapingless young lad?

Or, maybe the funds had not yet been transferred to allow the use of straps at Chez Bouy.

I did offer her a strap but she declined.

I think she may have misunderstood.

What a great day I had.   A great big thank you to all the staff at TheBouy Ltd who made me feel more than welcome.

Yes, there was a hint of commission involved in the guitar shop...   But I made up for it by playing Smoke on the water AND Stairway in the shop and nearly got the Bouy band
