It's a trap!
My dad was a trapper and I guess I've inherited some instincts from him. For example, today I've set a trap to catch a singer... It's got a mic, headphones, printed lyrics on a stand, a little table to put a water bottle or a cup of tea and losanges and honey and whatever... Recorded rehearsals/ demoing with vocals start tomorrow AT LAST! I can't tell you how excited I am to finally see our project moving to the next phase. I can't wait to share that stuff with you guys.

As long as it's between the word "I" and the word "love", I think it's rated R. If it's after the word love, I think it's definitely PG 13.

Well that sucks... Spent the most amazing day with my wife, came back home, launched Logic, got really excited. Pressed record and did a one take/warm up. Then got down to business. One track for verses, one track for overdubs... Done. Was hoping to spend time editing, but it just didn't happen. EQ'ing didn't take too long. Then 20 seconds messing with Waves' CLA-2A and that was that. Easiest session ever. I understand why Phil Ramone enjoyed working wit her. :P

No, don't worry yorolpal, it's a form of gas extraction using pressurised water.

Hey Rain, I introduced your wife's singing to a guy who was replacing the door frame to my bedroom deck. He's a bass player in a local band who seems to like a wide range of music. He was playing some Swedish metal last week while working on the lower deck and I blew him away by knowing who it was so yesterday I played a few new things for him and Moonlit Numina was one of them. He was impressed by her range.

That's awesome.:) I'd like to put a few metal numbers together for her. As a matter of fact, we do entertain the idea of having a bunch of different projects.
