Just curious.  Did you post any too fast?  I think it counts each attempt not just each successful attempt.

I did not get the "too soon" message if that's what you mean.
 
I feel 99% confident that the "today" is a moving 24 hour window because if I wait a while I can get one or two more in before being locked out again.

Uniquitous Bubba is in charge of time travel and temporal displacement.  Maybe he can do something about the moving 24-hour window.
