It's time to update the Playlist

I would love to see the "Playlist" updated with many more features. The playlist is a great tool for cueing live sequences and it hasn't been updated as long I a can recall; I've been a Cakewalk user for at least 28 years. I would like to see better cue features added, like "chunks" in Digital Performer, plus the ability to trigger sequences via a midi keyboard with assignable notes. Also, I would like to see vamp and devamp features added (within the Playlist) similar to those found in Qlab as well as a volume control.

    The playlist is the heart of our productions. It has been unusable since Dorchester. We're still using Cambridge. They updated it and broke it. The way it loads up the songs in advance causes it to lose focus and the scroll line doesn't show. Plus it takes WAY too long to have the next song on the list ready. With a little work, it could be fixed. I keep hoping with each update. But no love on this latest release.

    Still broken in "Ipswitch." No scrolling timeline and long loading times between songs. EXCEPT for the first and last songs on the list.
