Izotope's Trash 2 Side-chain Input Not Showing Up In X3

Hey guys,
 
I had no issue with this in X2. I was wondering why Trash 2's SC input isn't showing up in X3. Does the fact that it is now recognized as a VST3 plug-in have anything to do with it? Any solution would be greatly welcome. Thanks in advance.

    Figured this one out. Turns out I forgot to include the VST3 version of Trash 2 in my custom plug-in layout. The VST2 version doesn't have a recognized SC input whereas the VST3 does.

    Are you sure that Trash currently works with SC in the VST2 verion of the plugin in X2?
    If the VST2 version shows a SC input in X2 it should also show up in X3.
