JINGLE BELL ROCK (As requested by Bobby)
My band mate and I decided to put a small Christmas CD together and donate it to charity. They have been selling like hot cakes from the food shelf. My band mate, "Buffer" on piano and vocals, me on the rest. Per Bobby's request, I present you all with Jingle Bell Rock

Very good. Really like the guitar. The effects, woodblocks and sleighbells, are well placed.... Vocals are good. Like it, and, very nice you are doing charity donations. Regards

Janet, Thanks! I'm glad you loved the guitar. That was my trusty Les Paul Supreme at work. I just stand there holding it and it plays itself! Mark, Thanks for checking it out and for liking my guitar ditty. I had fun with the percussion too as you could probably tell. I do a lot of charity work, playing for the elderly and handicapped people around the region. To me, seeing the smiles on thier faces is worth far more than any amount of money. I just burned 50 more of these CD's to give to the food shelf where they will be sold for charity. Now I need to label and package them up and I'll be good to go for a couple of weeks anyway.

I'm sure! But in your hands, they're probably literally priceless. Well, if, in fact, they DO play themselves. :)

This is a really interesting take on this tune. It has a classic feel and yet the modern harmonized guitar tone and even the palm muted staccatoish guitar part fits right in. I love the vox and at the end of the song there's slight flutter in there that's really cool. Very enjoyable Scotty.
