    thanx

    done

    better?

    addendum:

    after further consideration

    and intense deliberation

    its very clear

    that folks 'round here

    require more pontification

    therefore

    the jam will get

    a "nip and tuck"

    so wait for its

    TRANSMORGRIFICATION!

No, I don't think it is a song. Perhjaps the bass can be resurrected in another future piece? Dunno just my humble answer to your question.

She done stole my song - Otis Redding

    it's a good answer, 'cause it's honest.

can't separate the bass/drums/keys - it was captured on a DAT in a stereo mix during a sound check. I'll try to re-create the bass lines as MIDI then see if I can put a real song around that...

Jam Session = Song? No. But fun to listen to. Sounds like the middle of a Brand X tune with Percy Jones doing his thing.

Pick a couple of the grooves from this and a little bit of a structured head and an Amanda Parson type vocalist and then you've got the whole deal.

Thanks for sharing. I think I'm going to have to dig out some of my old jazzy/prog rock cds.
