    Well, It sounds like a nice song.  My only comment is the pick noise (nail noise?)  you could beef up your guitars with a little less of that.  But maybe you like the nail noise.  It's not terribly awful.

    the strummed electric as presented is a little trebly and thin. I'm thinking around :24 and forward. The arpeggiated single strums are pretty solid.
     
    Ovation guitar, perhaps?
     
    Once the bass/drums kick in, it shines. Really nice composition.
