Not necessarily, Alice Cooper dropped by a small local music store here in Dallas last week to pick up a new guitar. Yes, some of the little mom and pop stores still exist.

Ah, but my comment was meant to mean that Joe has more sense than to go into a GC (where the sales people would probably ignore him in favor of their broke friends who are in there just to play the gear).  Some Mom and Pop stores are the best!

There's a local music shop right down the street. One of the salesmen there is quite annoying, yet he seems to think that I'm his buyer whenever I walk in. He actually chews out the other salespeople if they sell me something. I don't even like the guy!
